Cannot Open E-Mail Attachments in OutLook Express

1.   Open OutLook Express, Tools Menu, Options...

2.    Select the "Security" Tab...

3.    UnCheck the "Do not allow attachments..." option.

4.    Click "Apply" button, then OK button!
